Entrepreneurship: I Wish that Existed Moments

Recently I found myself analyzing the moments that served as the catalyst that inspire a business idea with some of my clients.  My conclusion is that they found a solution in moments that they expressed “I wish that existed”.

Over the years, I have met a lot of people that have interest in setting up a business. Most of these individuals have money but they don’t know what to invest in or what business to start. Now to the average mind, there seem to be scarcity of ideas but I want you to know that opportunities are in abundance. An opportunity is not going to coming looking for you and present itself – all you need to do is to work on your perception and develop the ability to see these opportunities.

While this maybe daydreaming, I take courage and a burning desire to expressive their creativity and innovations.

Some of the factors I have found that might inhibit the start of a business are

  1. Failure to record ideas for future evaluations
  2. Failure to revisit ideas that if they are not immediately implemented, they may become viable at some point in the future
  3. Failure to express ideas. Sometimes individuals are unwilling to express new ideas for fear of criticism
  4. Failure to keep trying. When attempting to provide new ways to create customer value, individuals are sometimes confronted with creative blocks.
  5. Failure to wish for more. Satisfaction with the current state of affairs or with the means of solving particular problems translates into an inability to look at new ways of providing value to customers.

So if you are interested in starting a business, but you do not know what product or services start listening to your environment.  However, implementing these strategies is going to take some work.

Are you ready to get your ideas some traction?
