Course Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted for the online course module once enrolled and 25% completed.
Course Access and Enrollment
Courses are to be completed at the registrant’s own pace within a 3-month period or less. Members are given Six (6) months of access to registered courses. Non-members are given Three (3) months of access to registered courses. The enrollment date begins at the date of purchase. A 3-month extension will be given to individuals whose membership status is upgraded.
Membership Cancellation Policy
If within 14 days of purchase you decide not to use our membership services, you may request a full refund. Courses charged as membership prices will be calculated at non-members price and deducted from the refund amount. Cost more than the membership fee will be billed to the account payment method on file. To obtain the refund you will have to Contact Us, including the username, email address, and name on file for the account you wish to cancel at info@doctrepreneurs.com, Subject: Cancellation
