These questions and more will be answered in this course.  You will be prepared to develop a message and remain on topic when you are presenting that message to the media and/or the public, without straying from the point they want to make.

You will touch on clarifying your message, determining how to present it, how to successfully communicate your message using various forms of communication, how to effectively listen and communicate, and how to ensure listeners hear your message.
